Return and Exchange Policy
- The allowed return period is seven days from the date of order receipt.
- Only one return request is permitted per order. No further return requests can be submitted for the same order number.
- The refund will be credited to the customer's account within 3-5 business days of the shipping company receiving the product.
- Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded via Tamara or Tabby.
- The return policy does not include the following products: Exploration Samples
- Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-refundable.
- The Cash on Delivery service is a paid service where the customer pays upon receiving the order. If the product arrives and the customer wishes to return it, the cash on delivery fee will be deducted for the customer's benefit.
- If the order included a promotion or free item, the entire product must be returned for the refund process to be completed.
In the event of a damaged product, the customer will be compensated with the same damaged product. All photos of the damaged product must be included, and compensation will be provided within 15 days of the delivery date. - If your order has been shipped or a shipping label has been issued and you request to cancel the order, the full price of your order will be refunded, minus a delivery fee of 35 SAR.
- If you wish to exchange or return any product after receiving it, you will be required to pay a shipping fee of 70 SAR for both the returned and new orders.
*The shipping fee is payable directly to the shipping company.
- This excludes pre-orders.
Offers consisting of more than one product are not eligible for partial refunds.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes. Please try the perfume using the sample provided only.
Regarding international orders, if you do not receive your order due to lack of response, non-payment of customs duties, or any other reason, the customs duties and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
All perfume orders placed via pre-order take between two weeks and one month to arrive.
