Exchange and Return Policy
At Almobda Perfumes, we believe everyone has their own unique fragrance taste. Therefore, we provide a sample with every 100ml perfume as a golden guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, you can exchange it within 5 days of receiving the product, provided it remains unopened.
- Products purchased through our website are not returnable in our branches.
- We apologize for not accepting returns or exchanges of any product after its original packaging (plastic wrapper) has been opened.

For online store orders, if you return an order, the refund will be credited to your account after the product is received from the shipping company, within 14 days depending on your bank.
For online store orders, if you return an order after the products have arrived, your order amount will be refunded minus the delivery fee (30 SAR). Note: If there is a defect in the product, this will not be deducted from the delivery fee.
If you wish to exchange any product after receiving it, you will be required to pay the shipping fee for the returned order.
In the event of a damaged product, the customer will be compensated with the same damaged product. All photos of the damaged product must be included, and compensation will be provided within 15 days of the date of receipt.
Discounts obtained using discount codes (promotional codes) are non-refundable.
Offers consisting of more than one perfume are non-refundable.
For international orders, the customer is required to pay customs duties of 5% of the total invoice. We offer international shipping to our customers in the Gulf for a fee of 45 Riyals.
All perfume orders placed in advance take between two weeks and one month to complete.
